Know your local laws

Every state has different laws regarding on- and off-road motor vehicle operation. We strongly encourage you to take the time to research your local regulations before operating any of our motor vehicles.

Take a safety course

Our customers’ safety is important to us. We strongly suggest every responsible adult takes a certified rider safety course with their young rider and then review the operating controls with him or her before riding. All young riders require responsible adult supervision while operating a vehicle. You can find an ATV Safety Course by calling 800-887-2887

Safety and Certifications

Each of our models are certified with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission to ensure it complies with all current guidelines and regulations. We also certify each model with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to ensure it meets all current federal environmental guidelines and regulations.

When parents are shopping for youth ATVs, one of the first questions you need to ask them is whether their child is old enough, big enough, and mature enough to handle an ATV.

The ATV Safety Institute has developed an ATV Readiness Checklist. This checklist can help parents evaluate whether or not their child is ready to learn how to ride an ATV.
As a responsible ATV dealer, we urge you to have a copy of this document for the potential buyer. Not only will this ensure the safety of the child, but will give the buyer confidence that the dealership and the manufacture are looking out for the safety and continued growth of this sport.
